Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 September 2026. Effective 1 September 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Veller Partners LLC ("Veller Partners", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use RaisePath at raise.vellerpartners.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Veller Partners LLC operates RaisePath and is the party responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at iv@vellerpartners.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following from and about the people who use the Service:

CategoryWhat it includes
Account informationThe email address you sign in with, and the one time codes we send to verify it.
Payment informationWhen you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe for cards or by NOWPayments for cryptocurrency. From Stripe we receive a customer identifier and the status of your subscription; we do not receive or store your full card number. From NOWPayments we receive a payment identifier, the currency and amount, and the payment status; we never hold your wallet keys.
Content you providePitch decks, business plans, company descriptions, and the search criteria you enter so the Service can match you with investors. When you save a full report as a member, a copy of the deck and your contact details are also emailed to us so we can follow up.
Advisory requestIf you ask about Veller Advisory: the phone number and, if you give one, the messenger handle you want us to use, your answers to four short questions about your round, any files you upload, and the note you write. These go to Ilya Veller by email and are stored so he can prepare for your call.
Contact formYour name, the email address you want a reply at, an optional Telegram handle, and your note. Each message is emailed to iv@vellerpartners.com and a copy is kept in our message log.
AI processingA short excerpt of your deck text is sent to an AI model hosted by Cloudflare to identify your sector, and the questions you ask the members' AI assistant are answered by a model on the same infrastructure. We do not train models on your content.
Usage informationRecords of your searches and reports, the matches shown to you, and technical logs such as your IP address, approximate location, browser type, and timestamps, which we use for security and to run the Service.
CookiesA single secure session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your activity to advertisers.

3. Information about investors in our database

A core part of the Service is a database of investors and investment firms. This database contains professional and business contact information, for example a firm name, a decision maker's name and role, a business email address, a company website, and social or professional profile links. We compile this from the firms' own websites and from other public or verified sources. Our policy is to use confirmed information and not to create names, email addresses, or websites.

This information is business and professional contact data used for the legitimate purpose of connecting founders with investors who are active in a relevant area. If you are an investor listed in RaisePath and wish to update or remove your information, see section 9.

4. How we use information

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these ways:

6. How long we keep information

We keep account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, or after a period of inactivity, we remove or de identify personal information that we no longer need, subject to any records we must keep for legal, accounting, or security reasons. Certain temporary records, such as expired sign in codes and old sessions, are purged automatically on a routine schedule. Messages you send through the contact form or an advisory request, and files you upload for advisory, are kept until you ask us to delete them, so we can pick up the conversation later.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, storing sign in codes only in a hashed form, secure session cookies, and limiting who can access data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, and to object to or restrict certain uses. You can exercise these rights, including deleting your account and its data, from your account or by contacting us at iv@vellerpartners.com. We will respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. If you are an investor listed in RaisePath

If you are an investor or a member of an investment firm and your business contact information appears in RaisePath, you may ask us to review, correct, or remove that information. Please write to iv@vellerpartners.com from or referencing the relevant business, and we will act on reasonable requests promptly. We keep our records based on public and verified sources and will update them when we are told they are wrong or out of date.

10. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States and use service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we take steps to protect information that is transferred internationally.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
